A 53 year-old man was referred for atypical chest pain. His medical history included: Previous mid-LAD PCI with DES implantation for NSTEMI, 20 months earlier,
and hypercholesterolemia. There was no ST change on EKG & no troponin rise. After several minutes of intense staff reflexion, we decided to go for control coronary angiography because, well… it’s Friday night !
Since I was a little worried and annoyed with the proximal part of the mid-LAD stent , I went for OCT analysis
Qu’en pensez vous ? que feriez vous ?
